Today, we accidentally discovered a U.S. retailer offering our TasteBuddys bottles for sale — even though these bottles are not intended for public or commercial distribution. The website in question is CASKcartel.com, which is listing products under our name and branding without authorization or approval from us.
Our bottles are strictly hand-selected and shared only with friends and Buddys. Any commercial resale through third-party dealers or online platforms is not authorized or supported by us.
We want to make it absolutely clear that we do not endorse, support, or permit the resale of our bottles through unauthorized sellers.
Legal Assessment
The sale of our bottles by unauthorized retailers may represent several legal violations, including:

The commercial use of our protected brand name “TasteBuddys” without permission may constitute a violation of trademark law. - Misleading Business Practices:
